The smoker simply says “I Quit” and puts the cigarettes down and that is the end. It is possible to quit however most of the time the smoker will fail.

Even the smoker who is truly committed to quit smoking will fail if there is another family member in the household who continues to smoke. This is a major reason why smokers fail. The temptation is constantly in front of the smoker causing the smokers will power to fade.

Smokers have many reasons why they fail to quit smoking however, it was only one or two reasons for why the smoker began to smoke. Everyone else was doing it; it is cool to smoke, or any one of a hundred other reasons. Whatever the reason was the smoker began to smoke, now the smokers realize that it was a huge mistake. A mistake, which turned into an addiction the smoker, lives with the rest of his or her life.
